GONE BY DAWN is a mobile strategy concept (SLG / Tower Defense hybrid) developed as an outsourcing project for a client seeking to enter the zombie-survival market with a more accessible and differentiated product.

The project focuses on combining short-session gameplay with long-term progression systems, while introducing a unique day/night structure that blends base-building strategy with active combat scenarios.

The concept was delivered as a scalable production-ready foundation, including gameplay systems, progression design, visual direction, and a multi-phase development roadmap.
